Service Description

On site events are held at Smash Therapy 17425 Stuebner Airline Rd Suite N Spring, Tx 77379 For Pop up events located on site at Smash Therapy we offer 1 or 2 hour options. Prices are $55 per person for 1 hour and $75 per person for 2 hours. A deposit of $880 for 16 participants is required up front to secure your event for a one hour event and $1200 for a 2 hour event. Remaining balance per person can be paid upon arrival and a projected headcount must be reported the week of the event. Available outside of operating days/hours for an additional $250 Includes 1 tent Additional tents are $200 each Please reserve at least 4 weeks in advance Participants are calculated per time frame. (Up to 25 people can be accommodated in one hour per tent ) ​ Safety gear, weapons and breakables supplied ​ All participants must sign a waiver

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested in any time less than 24 hours of an appointment are eligible for 25% refunds.  No call no show appointments are not eligible for refunds but may reschedule for a fee of 50% of total appointment cost. REFUNDS ARE NOT AUTOMATIC UPON CANCELLATION AND MUST BE REQUESTED. All appointments are welcome to reschedule. Reschedule fees apply.  If appointments are rescheduled 24 hours in advance, there is no charge.  If appointments are rescheduled in any time less than 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will apply.  Two reschedules are allowed per customer.  *Events such as parties MUST be canceled at least 1 week in advance of scheduled appointments to be eligible for a full refund. Any time less than 1  week, refund eligibility drops to 25%. Parties can be rescheduled with a waived reschedule fee one time.  *Pop Up events MUST be canceled within 3 weeks of the scheduled event to be eligible for a full refund. Any time less than 3 weeks, refund eligibility drops to 25%. Events can be rescheduled with a waived fee with a 3 week advance notice. **PLEASE BE ADVISED, IF CUSTOMERS ATTEND SESSIONS AND FILE FOR DISPUTES AFTERWARDS, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO BEING SUED UNDER THE TEXAS PENAL CODE 31.04 FOR THEFT OF SERVICES**
