About the event
Anger is just a symptom. It’s time to look at what’s driving it under the surface.
As adults, we often view anger as a negative trait to be suppressed, but it’s actually a warning light. Constant irritability, snapping at loved ones, or feeling a slow-burning resentment usually means there is unaddressed hurt, exhaustion, or boundary violations hiding right under the surface.
"Under the Surface" is an intense, liberating workshop designed for adults ready to master their emotional responses. We pair a real, honest conversation about emotional triggers with the raw, physical release of a smash room.
What’s Included:
The Chat: A judgment-free circle where we unpack the true roots of anger, learn how to communicate our needs before blowing up, and establish healthy emotional boundaries.
The Smash: A dedicated therapeutic session to take a marker, write down your deepest frustrations, resentments, or stressors onto breakables, and shatter them to pieces in our smash…
