About the event
Give your teen the mental reset they need to stop drifting and start thriving.
It is incredibly easy for teens to get mentally "unstuck" during the summer. Between social media comparison, academic pressure, and fear of the future, many teens fall into ruts of low motivation, negative self-talk, and feeling like they aren't good enough.
"Unstuck" is a high-energy, motivational workshop designed to help teens shift their perspective. We pair a transparent, empowering group discussion about identity and goals with the physical breakthrough experience of a smash room.
What we are doing:
The Chat: A real, hype-filled conversation about shattering limiting beliefs, stopping the comparison game, and figuring out who they want to be. They'll learn how to reset their mindset when life feels stagnant.
The Smash: Under strict supervision and fully geared up, teens will write down their insecurities, negative labels, and mental blocks onto breakable items and literally smash them out…
