About the event
Give your teen a fresh start and a safe space to let it all go.
High school and middle school are tough, and teens often carry around a heavy backpack of hidden hurts—friendship drama, academic failures, bullying, or past mistakes they can't seem to stop dwelling on. If they don't learn how to leave those heavy things behind, it turns into anxiety and bitterness.
"The Clean Slate" is a raw, empowering workshop designed specifically for teens ages 13–17. We are teaching them how to break free from the past by pairing a real, supportive group chat with the physical release of a smash room.
What we are doing:
The Chat: A transparent conversation about forgiveness, letting go of things out of our control, and how to start fresh with a clean slate.
The Smash: Under strict supervision and fully geared up, teens will write down their past regrets, bad memories, or heavy hurts…
