Give your kid a safe, high-energy way to release stress and big emotions!
Does your child bottle up their feelings, get easily overwhelmed, or struggle with bursts of frustration? Kids carry a lot of pressure these days, and when they don't know how to talk about it, it usually turns into tantrums, attitude, or shutting down.
This fun, high-impact workshop is designed to give kids a healthy outlet for their emotions by pairing a kid-friendly chat about self-control with the ultimate smash room experience.
What we are doing:
The Chat: An interactive circle where we teach kids that emotions aren’t bad, but we have to control them so they don't control us. They’ll learn how to take a deep breath and trade anxiety for inner calm.
The Smash: The fun part! Under strict supervision and fully geared up, kids will write or draw their big worries onto plates and safely smash them…
